3G iPhone
Apple Inc (AAPL.O) is expected to launch a high-speed wireless version of iPhone in the coming months and produce as many as 6-8 million of the devices in the by this year end.

“Our latest channel checks point to a significant production build of a 3G iPhone beginning in the month of June after an initial small build in May,” as said by Bank of America analyst Scott Craig.

HP’s Elite AF webcam

Despite its PC upgrades, HP released two new, more universal devices for any computer. The company’s webcam line now includes the Elite (pictured), a 3-megapixel unit designed as HP’s new range-topping model. The device is capable of displaying HD video on a supporting applications and includes both autofocus, tilt, and swivel to keep the object in view. While centered on HP displays with a custom clip, it can alsoattach to many other LCDs and includes a stand that lets it sit flat on a desk.

Sony VAIO

Earlier today, PC World reportable that Sony would charge $50 for a configuration option called “Fresh Start,” which would not allow the bloatware. When contacted by Gadget Lab, a representative for Sony said that the company today removed that charge.

Responding to a tidal gesture of outrage, Sony has plan to remove the charge of $50 for the pre-installed applications — often derided as “bloatware” or “craplets” — from its high-end TZ-series notebooks.
